Electing the Next Generation of Conservatives for Missouri
The Missouri 82 Alliance is working to transform Missouri’s political landscape and elect the next generation of conservative leaders for Missouri, and how WE THE PEOPLE have the power to make the most significant impact in who we elect to our state legislature and stop Missouri from becoming the next Colorado.
The 2026 Contract With Missourians: A Pledge to Put Missouri First
In an era where trust in government has been eroded by overreach, mismanagement, and outside influences, the Freedom Principle MO – Missouri First PAC is proud to introduce the 2026 Contract with Missourians. This forward-looking agenda serves as a binding commitment for Republican candidates seeking to represent the people of Missouri in the House of Representatives and Senate. Rooted in conservative principles, the contract is designed to restore faith in our elected officials, protect our constitutional rights, and drive prosperity for every Missourian.
At its core, the Contract with Missourians outlines seven foundational principles that the Republican majority will prioritize on the very first day of the 2027 legislative session. These include guaranteeing that all legislation protects American citizenship, restores government to its proper role of safeguarding life, property, and liberty, adheres to the Missouri Constitution's Single Subject Rule, promotes the rights and freedoms of citizens, defends the right to life for the born and unborn, ensures equal justice for all U.S. citizens, and aligns with the Missouri Republican Party Platform.
Building on these principles, the contract features eight specific promises that signatories pledge to champion in the 2027 session:
Protecting Our Constitution: Implementing Initiative Petition Ratification Reform to require a simple majority vote in each congressional district, shielding our state from radical out-of-state amendments.
Protecting Election Integrity: Mandating proof of U.S. citizenship for voter registration, requiring party affiliation for closed primaries, and advocating for paper ballots with hand counting to ensure every vote is secure and counted.
Promoting Economic Prosperity: Phasing out personal property taxes by 2030 and supporting a constitutional amendment to eliminate state income taxes while capping government spending to the prior year's levels plus population growth.
Restoring Fiscal Responsibility: Advocating for balanced budgets that match projected revenues, reduce reliance on federal funding, cut spending by 10% from the previous year, eliminate funding for programs promoting Critical Race Theory (CRT), Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), or Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), and establishing a state version of the Federal Department of Government Efficiency to root out waste, fraud, and abuse.
Promoting Parental Educational Freedom: Empowering families with school choice, protecting parental rights from government interference, focusing education on fundamentals rather than ideology, and reducing the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) to its original intent by 2030.
Promoting Medical Freedom: Safeguarding the right to refuse unwanted medical treatments, ensuring informed consent for therapies like mRNA or gene-altering technologies, banning harmful food additives and synthetic dyes, and addressing health challenges through a "Make Missouri Healthy Again" agenda inspired by national efforts.
Protecting Missouri Workers and Farmers: Eliminating job-stifling regulations, promoting affordable and reliable energy, prohibiting foreign ownership of farmland, and rejecting funding based on racial quotas, Environmental/Social/Governance (ESG) criteria, or carbon footprints.
Protecting Second Amendment Rights: Supporting the Second Amendment Preservation Act and enacting anti-red flag laws to prevent unconstitutional confiscation of firearms from law-abiding citizens.
This contract isn't just a set of promises—it's a roadmap to reclaim Missouri's future. By signing, candidates affirm their dedication to these reforms, respecting the judgment of Missouri citizens and pursuing a mandate for real change.
The Missouri 82 Alliance, a campaign sponsored by the Freedom Principle MO – Missouri First PAC, is calling on all candidates we support to sign this contract. This pledge ensures that those we endorse are committed to Missouri-first policies that prioritize the interests of our citizens over those of special interests.
Together, let's restore trust and build a stronger Missouri for generations to come.
Reshaping Missouri Politics
For years, House and Senate leadership have been ignoring the issues that matter most to hardworking families. Because of their neglect of these important issues, Missouri is teetering on the edge of a perilous transformation.
On the surface, Missouri is a red state, but we are a red state in name only when it comes to passing conservative legislation.
The 2024 Speaker of the House election was our call for action. The Missouri 82 Alliance is a campaign sponsored by the Freedom Principle MO - Missouri First PAC. This program is our opportunity as Missouri citizens to draft and elect conservative candidates for the Missouri House of Representatives in the August primaries when it matters the most.
We need to start electing candidates who will put citizens first, not special interest groups. We need to start electing candidates who will represent the values of the Republican Party Platform.
The Missouri 82 Alliance is a program of the Freedom Principle MO—Missouri First PAC working to transform the Missouri political landscape. Our goal is to unite conservatives throughout Missouri to identify and elect the next generation of true conservatives in the Missouri House of Representatives—men and women who will defend and safeguard the traditional family, businesses, and schools and implement policies that will grow and prosper our state.
“I strongly support the Missouri 82 Alliance because the problem with the Missouri House isn’t that we don’t have enough Republicans, it’s that we don’t have enough conservative ones.”
Bill Eigel, former State Senator 23rd District
Why is the Missouri 82 Alliance Needed?
A lack of Conservative Republicans in the Missouri House of Representatives impacts the ability to pass Conservative policies. These policies include:
Election Integrity (Removing all electronic voting and tabulating, and requiring proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote.)
Initiative Petition Reform
Property and Income Tax Reform
Parental Education Choice and Reforming Education
Medical Freedom
Pro-Family Policies
Because the moderate Republicans outnumber the conservatives, these conservative policies are blocked or watered down. Additionally, because of the lack of conservatives, these moderate Republicans elect moderate Republicans to leadership positions.
The Purpose of the Missouri 82 Alliance
Missouri will have more than 30 Republican open seats in 2026. At least 20 of these Republicans terming out have an American Conservative Union grade of “C” or less.
The Missouri 82 Alliance is targeting these 20 districts to try and elect more conservative candidates in the August 2026 primary. By electing more conservatives to these seats, it will be like flipping a seat from a Democrat to a Republican.
“I strongly endorse the Missouri 82 Alliance. If we want to pass conservative legislation, we must break the grip of special interests controlling Jefferson City, and the only way to do that is to elect more conservatives to the House of Representatives.
I encourage Missourians to support the Missouri 82 Alliance and help transform Missouri’s political landscape by electing the next generation of conservative leaders.”
Representative Justin Sparks (Dist. 110)

“Governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”
